Review:
Kylie is a princess who is too impatient. After taking off without her guards, she got her maid killed and herself kidnapped and sold as a sex slave. Being rescued is at the top of her list of things to do, but she never imagined that she would fall for her new “master”.
Lucien is a mercenary by trade, but he is a prince by birth. He has reason to hate being a royal, and he refuses to live that life ever again. Even if it means he will have to give up the only woman he could ever love.
Mercenary is addictive. The characters are sexy and sassy, the sex scenes are titillating, and the story is a page turner. The setting is space ships and various alien worlds, the conflict is fairly mild but seems insurmountable in the beginning, and the ending is a very happy one.
