Review for Dominating Miya..:)

Dominating Miya

by Trista Ann Michaels

Publisher Blurb

Alex believes his world of BDSM sex would scare the hell out of Miya, not to mention she’s his best friend’s baby sister. Miya believes otherwise and shows up at his sex club to prove him wrong. Determined to prove himself right, Alex will use every toy and trick at his disposal, and then some. When he realizes just how perfect they are for each other, he'll also realize he may have gone too far.

Review

Convincing a stubborn man that she can be the submissive he needs is a tall order but Miya is determined to show Alex they fit. But what if they don’t? We return to Trista Ann Michaels’sci-fi world in Dominating Miya. The children of the characters we came to love in her Entwined Fates series are taking their turn fighting for a forever love. With Miya, Ms. Michaels gives us a strong female character who loves a Dom. She isn’t sure she can let go of enough control to truly submit but she wants the chance to try. Alex has found safety within his friendship with her brother and father and he is equally determined not to allow his feelings for Miya destroy that; two strong characters on a collision with love, who will win? I loved seeing Miya come into her own even as Alex fought her. She questioned her needs and her ability to hand over control to Alex even as she dealt with a situation in which she had no control. The dichotomy between the two was an interesting to say the least. And poor Alex sometimes didn’t know whether he was coming or going. He has feelings for Miya but she is his best friends little sister. How does he look past their connection? I thought Ms. Michaels does a wonderful job of layering their competing feelings even as she races toward a resolution. This story was fast paced and well developed. I thoroughly enjoyed it and am looking forward to more from this author.
